Rustic Elegance Design is an Alaskan owned and operated custom picture framing and matting company.
Owner, Cathy Hart’s passion for art led her to create a company where she is able to share in
creating a memorable moment for you, your family, and friends.

With over 500 samples of frames including different woods and metals, Rustic Elegance is able to
offer a wide variety of frames! We also have a huge selection of matte boards in nearly every color!
Rustic Elegance frames range from rustic to primitive, modern to contemporary, and everything in
between.

Operating out of her in-home studio Cathy prefers clients to schedule an appointment first. For your
convenience Cathy also offers in-home consultations to her clients.
